The Peggy O’Brien Empowerment Project for Emerging Leaders
Presented by YMCA Tall Timbers & Camp M.O.E. 

The YMCA Tall Timbers Emerging Leaders program empowers teens ages 13+ to grow as confident leaders all year long. Building on our summer Leaders-in-Training experience—or welcoming new participants—this program helps youth gain real-world job skills, mental health resilience, and hands-on leadership opportunities in the community. From workshops on teamwork, communication, and job readiness to youth-led service projects and fundraising for Tall Timbers Outdoor Center, participants develop the tools they need to succeed in school, work, and life.

This is more than a camp program—it’s a pathway to future success and a stronger community.
