The Torrington Branch of the Northwest CT YMCA has been serving the people of Connecticut’s Northwest corner since 1890.  Located in the heart of Torrington, the Y offers a great facility as well friendly and knowledgeable staff who care about our members and the community as a whole.

The Torrington Y consists of everything you could want under 1 roof. From a state-of-the-art six lane indoor pool, full gymnasium, Ninja Warrior Training Center, and a cardio and strength training center. In addition to these, The Y also features a sauna, steam room, men’s, women’s, boys, girls and family locker rooms, and a welcoming day care. The Y has it all!
